Most yards need more than one kind of work. We do all of it in-house, so the turf, the concrete, the wall and the drain are the same crew on the same schedule. Call or text (951) 556-0315 in Perris, CA, from Villages of Avalon to Monument Ranch and Mead Valley, and we will tell you what your yard actually needs.
What Perris homeowners call us for
Artificial grass and putting greens are what most people ask for by name. The rest usually comes attached to them once we walk the yard.
A great experience from this family-owned business. Janeth provided me with a complete and understandable quote, and Bolivar and his crew completed the job with speed and professionalism. The entire job, not including a couple of rain days, took less than 4 days. They removed a medium-sized tree and a bit over 1,000 sq. ft. of grass in 3 different areas, prepared all 3 areas with base material, installed weed barriers and two large mow curbs around the remaining trees, and installed top-quality artificial turf in all 3 areas. They cleaned up and hauled everything away, leaving my yard looking like a million dollars.

I wanted the lava rock that had been at the side of the house for years removed. Bolivar and Janeth gave me a few different options, and trusting their expertise I went with artificial turf in that area. He also put in drains as well. I am so happy with how it all turned out. They left everything very clean and the attention to detail is superb. I'll definitely be going to them again for the next phase.

Bolivar of Millenium Turf is very responsible and on time with his work. Very helpful if you have questions before or during the job, he will help you out. His pricing is also very reasonable. I recommend Millenium Turf if you want artificial turf installed.
