What that means for your yard
In planned tracts like Stonegate, driveway approaches run 12 to 30 feet wide, and an extra curb cut for an RV pad needs the City Engineer's OK. We check your tract before drawing a driveway extension.
The EMWD turf rebate does not cover synthetic grass, and it has to be reserved before the lawn comes out. We can split the yard so you get both.

Getting there from Perris
The 215 south to Newport Road puts us at Menifee City Hall in about 9 miles and 13 minutes. For Heritage Lake we come down Case Road and Menifee Road to McCall Boulevard, about 14 minutes, and Audie Murphy Ranch is Case Road to Goetz Road, about 17. Menifee is the next city over, so it is on our normal route.
Questions before you call
Is artificial grass allowed in Menifee front yards?
Yes. Menifee allows artificial turf in front yards when it carries an 8-year no-fade warranty, is installed by a licensed contractor, sits next to live planting areas, and is separated from planters by a mow strip or bender board. The front setback also has to stay at least half landscape.
Can you put turf in the parkway strip in Menifee?
Yes, with an encroachment permit issued to the contractor. Menifee's parkway standard calls for a compacted Class II base, permeable backing and contractor insurance naming the city. We pull the permit as part of the job.
When does a retaining wall need a permit in Menifee?
A retaining wall in Menifee needs a building permit when it is over 4 feet from the bottom of the footing, holds back a 2:1 or steeper slope, carries a load such as a driveway, or has a solid fence attached. We say which applies at the walk-through and include it in the quote.
