A great experience from this family-owned business. Janeth provided me with a complete and understandable quote, and Bolivar and his crew completed the job with speed and professionalism. The entire job, not including a couple of rain days, took less than 4 days. They removed a medium-sized tree and a bit over 1,000 sq. ft. of grass in 3 different areas, prepared all 3 areas with base material, installed weed barriers and two large mow curbs around the remaining trees, and installed top-quality artificial turf in all 3 areas. They cleaned up and hauled everything away, leaving my yard looking like a million dollars.

Work from our crew

Moreno Valley rules at a glance
- 25%
- Max grass in a front yardArtificial turf is allowed. The rest is plants, groundcover and trees.
- 50%
- Max paving in the front setbackA new curb cut needs a Public Works permit.
- None
- Permit for a patio slabA patio cover does need one.
- 3 ft
- Wall height before a permitMeasured from the top of the footing.
What that means for your yard
Parts of Moreno Valley sit on expansive clay, so slabs get a compacted base, rebar and joints in the right places.
The EMWD turf rebate does not cover artificial grass. If you want the rebate, we plant that area with drip and put turf where you want it.

Getting there from Perris
From our base in Perris it is the 215 north to Alessandro Boulevard for central Moreno Valley and City Hall, about 11 miles and 15 minutes. For the east side around Iris Avenue we take Perris Boulevard straight up, about 20 minutes. North of the 60, the 215 to the 60 east gets us there in about 20. Close enough that a Moreno Valley job runs on the same schedule as one in Perris.
