A great experience from this family-owned business. Janeth provided me with a complete and understandable quote, and Bolivar and his crew completed the job with speed and professionalism. The entire job, not including a couple of rain days, took less than 4 days. They removed a medium-sized tree and a bit over 1,000 sq. ft. of grass in 3 different areas, prepared all 3 areas with base material, installed weed barriers and two large mow curbs around the remaining trees, and installed top-quality artificial turf in all 3 areas. They cleaned up and hauled everything away, leaving my yard looking like a million dollars.

What that means for your yard
Since the driveway can't be wider than the garage, most jobs here are a replacement in the same footprint. The curb cut is what needs the permit.
Part of Orangecrest and Mission Grove is on Western Water, the rest of the city on Riverside Public Utilities. Neither rebate covers artificial grass.

Getting there from Perris
The 215 north to Van Buren Boulevard puts us in Orangecrest in about 11 miles and 17 minutes, and Mission Grove is right next to it. Downtown and the Wood Streets are the 215 to Alessandro, about 33 minutes in morning traffic. La Sierra is Cajalco Road to El Sobrante Road, about 35. We schedule Riverside jobs so the crew starts on site, not in traffic.
