Two opposite problems, same trench

Do I still need irrigation if I get artificial turf?

For the turf, no. For the trees and the beds that stay, yes, and drip is the efficient way to do it. We cap what is under the turf and keep the rest working.

My side yard floods every winter. Can you fix it?

Usually. It is a grading and drainage problem: an area drain at the low point and solid pipe to somewhere the water can actually go. We will show you where it is holding at the walk-through.

Can you find my buried valves?

Yes, that is a normal first step on an old system. Once we know what still works we can tell you what is worth rebuilding.

Can drainage go in after the yard is finished?

It can, but it means opening what you just paid for. Deciding it at the quote, while the trenches are already going to be open, is much cheaper.
