A great experience from this family-owned business. Janeth provided me with a complete and understandable quote, and Bolivar and his crew completed the job with speed and professionalism. The entire job, not including a couple of rain days, took less than 4 days. They removed a medium-sized tree and a bit over 1,000 sq. ft. of grass in 3 different areas, prepared all 3 areas with base material, installed weed barriers and two large mow curbs around the remaining trees, and installed top-quality artificial turf in all 3 areas. They cleaned up and hauled everything away, leaving my yard looking like a million dollars.
We install artificial grass, concrete patios and walkways, pavers, block walls, drainage and lighting for homes in Winchester, CA: the new tracts off Simpson Road and Winchester Road, the Winchester Hills area, and larger lots out toward Diamond Valley Lake. Riverside County rules at a glance

- Block wall without a building permitMeasured from grade, or 4 ft from the bottom of the footing.
- 30 in
- Walkways and driveways without a permitUp to 30 in above grade, not over a basement.
- Permit
- Patio covers and retaining wallsSolid and lattice covers both need one.
- $5
- EMWD turf rebate per sq ftFor planting, not artificial grass. Reserve first.
What that means for your yard
A new Winchester house often comes with a bare back yard. An at-grade concrete patio or walkway does not need a county building permit, so we can usually start soon after the quote. A patio cover or a retaining wall goes through Riverside County Building and Safety, and we plan for that time.
If your tract has an HOA, we check its rules too. EMWD's rebate pays for plants and drip, not artificial grass, and you have to reserve it before the grass comes out.

Getting there from Perris
We take Case Road to the 74 east, then Menifee Road south to Simpson Road and head east into Winchester. That is about 12 miles and 20 minutes. Winchester is close enough to run on our normal Perris schedule.
