A great experience from this family-owned business. Janeth provided me with a complete and understandable quote, and Bolivar and his crew completed the job with speed and professionalism. The entire job, not including a couple of rain days, took less than 4 days. They removed a medium-sized tree and a bit over 1,000 sq. ft. of grass in 3 different areas, prepared all 3 areas with base material, installed weed barriers and two large mow curbs around the remaining trees, and installed top-quality artificial turf in all 3 areas. They cleaned up and hauled everything away, leaving my yard looking like a million dollars.

What that means for your yard
Wildomar's landscape standards discourage artificial grass where the street sees it, like front yards. They apply to new construction and to redos of 2,500 sq ft or more that need a permit. Smaller homeowner redos are not bound by them, so most back yard turf jobs here are simple.
Many Wildomar lots slope. Walls 36 inches and up go to the city, so we terrace with retaining walls and put drainage behind each one. The EVMWD turf rebate does not cover artificial turf.

Getting there from Perris
We take the 74 west out of Perris to the 15 south and get off at Wildomar Trail. That is about 18 miles and 25 minutes to the center of town. Bundy Canyon and Sedco Hills are about the same, using the Bundy Canyon Road exit. Wildomar is a normal day trip for our crew.
