A great experience from this family-owned business. Janeth provided me with a complete and understandable quote, and Bolivar and his crew completed the job with speed and professionalism. The entire job, not including a couple of rain days, took less than 4 days. They removed a medium-sized tree and a bit over 1,000 sq. ft. of grass in 3 different areas, prepared all 3 areas with base material, installed weed barriers and two large mow curbs around the remaining trees, and installed top-quality artificial turf in all 3 areas. They cleaned up and hauled everything away, leaving my yard looking like a million dollars.

What that means for your yard
Rialto's building code needs a permit even for a short garden wall, so we price it into every block wall quote. In the front setback, a solid wall stops at 3.5 feet, so taller front walls switch to wrought iron between pilasters.
Parking on a lawn or a dirt strip is not allowed, so an RV or trailer pad gets a real surface. We pour it in concrete or lay pavers. Homes on West Valley Water District can get a turf rebate, but the district inspects the lawn before you take it out.

Getting there from Perris
We take the 215 north through Riverside, get off at Main Street in Highgrove and run up Riverside Avenue into Rialto. That is about 25 miles and 35 minutes to downtown Rialto without traffic. North Rialto and Lytle Creek Ranch add a few more minutes up Riverside Avenue. It is farther than our Perris jobs, so we schedule the crew to start early and stay on site.
