Do you build patio covers and pergolas?

We build the ground: slabs, pavers, walls, walkways, turf and lighting. Covers and pergolas are a different trade, and we will tell you where the footings need to go so a cover can be added later.

Concrete or pavers for the patio?

Concrete is simpler and cheaper for a big plain rectangle. Pavers win when you want a pattern, want water through the joints, or want to lift a section later. We say which one fits your yard.

Can you build a seat wall?

Yes. It is the same build as a retaining wall at seat height, and on a stepped Perris lot it usually has to be there anyway.

How big should the patio be?

Measure your table and chairs pulled out, then add three feet on every side. Most builder slabs are about half that.
