What a residential job includes

Questions people ask us

Can you do just the front yard?

Yes, and it is one of our most common jobs. Front-only is also the easiest way to see the difference from the street before deciding on the back.

What about the strip between the sidewalk and the street?

We do parkway strips. Check your city's rules first, since some cities have requirements for that strip. In Perris, call the city if you are unsure and we will work with what they tell you.

Will it work in a shaded side yard?

Better than real grass will. Shade is the reason side yards are dirt in the first place. Turf does not care about light, it cares about drainage.

Do you fix the sprinklers or leave them?
